About Allison & the Franceformation Team
Hi, I’m Allison!
I’m a Franceformation Consultant for big dreamers moving to France. I help you envision and imagine and align with your dream life, get the right visa, and give you the tools and guidance you need to navigate the French bureaucratic procedures that will enable you to achieve your goals. I work with highly motivated, creative, and heart-centered people like you who want to design a whole new life for yourselves in France, who may struggle with finding the right path for making your dream a reality, and who would like to be fully supported as you blossom and s’épanouir into who you truly are, while doing what you were meant to do in this world.
What separates my service from other relocation consultants is I ONLY work with passionate people who are immigrating independently and because of this, you’ll receive personalized support and unbridled enthusiasm as you take a leap of faith into a new life, whether you’re retiring or taking a sabbatical, seeking employment and visa sponsorship, or creating or moving a self-employment activity to France. Because you’ll be fully supported from the very beginning – from figuring out the right work opportunity and visa for them, through the labyrinth of a full year of French administration, to understanding culture shock and the roller coaster of cultural adaptation, all the way to the finish line of their first visa renewal, you’ll be able to truly flourish and thrive in your new home.

Kim Mousseron
International Mobility Consultant
Kim Mousseron began her permanent role as an International Mobility Consultant on January 2nd. She has a Master’s from Middlebury College, and a rich and varied professional history of teaching, office and administrative work and most recently, as a housing coordinator and administrator in a study abroad program. She is a longtime member of the American Women’s Group of Languedoc-Roussillion and FAWCO, the Federation of American Women’s Clubs Overseas. She joined Your Franceformation in April 2021 part-time, we finally met in-person this past October at the Bloom Where You’re Planted event, and we finally signed her CDI for her new position right before the Christmas break. It has been a pleasure getting to know Kim and working with her, and I am very excited to have her on the team full time going forward. She has wonderful energy, she’s a great problem solver, she’s also from Massachusetts and appreciates, or at least tolerates, my snark, and most importantly, she speaks fluent French bureaucracy. Study abroad’s loss has been the good fortune of me and of our Franceformation clients, and I am thrilled to be able to introduce you to her as our team member.
